Ingredients:

  • Bajra flour (pearl millet flour): 250 gram
  • Water: About 1 cup (adjust as needed)
  • Ghee: 2 Spoon
  • Salt: A pinch (optional)

Prepare the Dough:

  • Heat water slightly to make it warm (not boiling).
  • Take the bajra flour in a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
  • Gradually add warm water to the flour while mixing with your hand or a spoon.

Roll the Rotis:

  • Split the dough into small, equal portions, roughly the size of a golf ball.
